School Leadership Summit - 2023

Cambridge Education Lab participated in India School Leadership Summit organised by NISA (National Independent School Alliance) between 30th November to 2nd December, 2023. Over 500 School leaders participated in this summit and CEL's Founder Suyash Bhatt, addressed the audience on Global learnings for India. He spoke about the challenges in adopting international education models and why it is important for Indian educators to observe other models in order to develop a better education system within the country. Further, Suyash spoke about the challenges in teacher training programmes and how Cambridge Education Lab is pioneering a unique experiential learning programme for teacher, that would allow them to apply the learnings in real time in their classes and learn not only from the trainers but also from their peer group.
In the summit, CEL also launched first ever comprehensive report on adapting Finnish education model to the Indian education system. The report has received tremendous response and extremely positive reviews by global education experts and is now made available to independent School leaders to learn from.
