You will need to cover the following additional costs:

A full refund will be issued (minus any applicable forex/transfer charges) in the event of a visa rejection.

On average, it takes 3–4 weeks from the issuance of the invitation letter to secure a visa appointment and receive the visa.

Yes. If your spouse is accompanying you, please select the "Couple" option when registering. This will ensure they are included in all official programme events, including the felicitation ceremony.

Children may be included in your hotel accommodation for a nominal additional fee, based on hotel policy and room availability. However, please note that children cannot participate in programme events, including the House of Lords felicitation ceremony. It’s important that you inform us of your situation as early as possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
